Local police on lookout for stolen German tank

Police are investigating the theft of a distinctive radio controlled half track 1:6 scale model of a German tank, that was stolen from a garage at the side of a house in Downs Road, Folkestone.

The garage was broken into at some time between 2.30 pm on Saturday (30 Dec) and 10.30 am on Tuesday (2 January). 

The model is painted in camouflage colours and has the numbers 007 in white paint on the sides and a badge on the front 

PC Andy Perham said: “This is a distinctive model, and I would like to hear from anyone who may have seen it being used or maybe being offered for sale.” PC Perham can be contacted on 01303 850055.
