GORDON DONS AGENT'S HAT...

Gordon Williams is the new Party Agent and will be joining the Folkestone and Hythe Conservative team later in August.

Gordon joined Milton Keynes Conservatives in November 1997 following a downturn in Conservative appeal but over the years has brought together a tough campaigning organisation that is on the threshold of political history in Milton Keynes.

"Although I have really enjoyed my time in Milton Keynes," said Gordon, "I now feel the time is right to seek new challenges and that is what I have decided to do.

“I admire and very much respect the current Member of Parliament, Michael Howard QC.” In selecting Damian Collins as his successor, the members of the Association had a high standard of representation to reflect upon over the last 23 years. Their final choice of candidate endorses Damian's qualities and he will prove a worthy and successful champion of the Conservative message in the area." 

Gordon is house hunting in the Constituency. “Initially, I would like to rent a home so that my wife, Olwyn, and I can become fully involved in the activities of Folkestone and Hythe at the earliest possible moment.”
