I totally agree with you Kate. How interesting that this cost cutting exercise could lead to such a large transport bill.

Are we  supposed to sit back and accept that our children have to go to schools that did not even feature in our future plans for them, just because the local authority has decided that we should not have as much choice?

I think that perhaps certain people are looking towards furthering their political careers rather than what is best for our poor children. I do not want my children to be just a number in a classroom but rather, an INDIVIDUAL, whom is known for their strengths and weaknesses and not just lost in a sea of other faces.

Our teachers struggle to do their jobs with the time a resources allocated to them, why do the government not appreciate that?
