Dear Ed,

"Education, Education, Education", These are the words of Mr Blair and his government policy. I fail to see how the proposed closure of Selsted school will be in the best interests of our children and indeed the future of education in general.

If government policy is to close small village schools and in particular church schools, I feel that education, social and moral standards in this country will decline rapidly.
