I was interested to read the comments of Veritas. one of the things that is brought up as a subject in management skills lessons (in the broadest sense now) is the single skill of "listening".

During the course of this subject, you will learn that "listening" is one of the first (if not the very first) sense we use when still in our mother's womb.

It is such a pity, therefore, that when we get older it is generally, the least used sense, especially when in a conversation or meeting.
