FREE BUS TRAVEL AT 60 WELCOMED

Dover residents are welcoming the introduction of free bus travel for all 60 and overs in the district.

A Concessionary Bus Pass Scheme which already operates in Dover is being upgraded from 1st April to provide free travel, at off peak times o­n local bus services throughout Kent, for every resident aged 60 or over, and residents with some types of disability.

Existing bus passes will be accepted for free travel from 1st April until the expiry date.
