SHEPWAY BOSS'S LEISUREDROME DIRECTIVE QUESTIONED BY PARISH COUNCIL CHAIRMEN

The Shepway Chief Executive's recent directive to the Development Control Committee on the planning application for the Spitfire Leisuredrome is due to be discussed at tonight's (7 December) Planning User Group meeting at Elham Village hall.

Hawkinge Parish Council Chairman Cllr David Callahan and Swingfield Parish Council Chairman Cllr Colin Tearle will be asking; in relation to the Chief Executive of Shepway District Council's recent Directive to the Development Control Committee to hear again, an item already approved, what precedent does it set for the future?
