CHATTERBOX FORCED TO CLOSE

Sorry folks the Hawkinge Gazette has reached the point where those upset by criticism levelled at them o­n the Chatterbox are making it too difficult for us to continue using this interactive forum.

Because of the  problems which we have encountered recently, we are left with no alternative but to close the Chatterbox.

But don't worry, readers who want to contribute to the content of the website will still be able to do so. 

We are now introducing the Hawkinge and Folkestone discussion board.

Comments can be posted by site members, and everyone will be able to read the items. We  urge all visitors to sign up for our free membership. Readers will then not o­nly be able to continue to make their views known, but the new forums will allow the Hawkinge Gazette to continue publishing without the fear of action against it.
