WOMAN KILLED AS CAR ENDS UP IN LAKE

A woman motorist was killed when the Land Rover car she was driving ended up in a lake at the side of Dungeness Road, Romney Marsh on Monday evening (23 October).

Police said the 53-year-old woman, who has not been named was from the Romney Marsh area. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Kent Police are appealing for witnesses.
