I wholeheartedly support Tony in his posting.  I was going to say somthing along those lines myself - he beat me to it. Well spoken Tony.

I would just like to add, it has always been planned that Webster Way should eventually be opened up to through traffic since it was a condition of the original planning permission of the housing development sites. 

Further, what is the point of traffic lights that o­nly serve about seventy houses?
