I can guess on which side of the bollards Charles lives

I CAN GUESS ON WHICH SIDE OF THE BOLLARDS CHARLES LIVES

Dear Ed

I am sure Charles has already noticed that the bollards have returned to Webster Way so his children can play safely(?) in the road again.

I might suggest that they play on the very large grass area at the end of Webster Way or the other bigger grass area in Winter Drive, either would be much safer at any time I am sure!

I can also guess on which side of the bollards Charles will live.....
