GIVE US SOME ANSWERS

Dear Ed,

The Primary Care Trust seem to be behind a lot of misrepresentation and the Hawkinge Partnership seem to be in the same boat as Mr. Callahan.

I would like to know:-

Why the site in Haven Drive has been given the cold shoulder?

Why and who paid nearly £3000 for full planning permission, unless they were absolutely certain of it being granted, when a few hundred for outline planning permission would have been sufficient?

Looking at the plans, why has the building been squashed into the rear of the site leaving a substantial slice with frontage onto The Street?

Is this slice (just big enough for 3/4 houses I would guess) to be sold with the rest of the land?

Would the new surgery/ cottage hospital create a precedent in order that a row of houses could be built?

Is this why the entrance on the drawings wasn't placed in the Street in the first place?

Is someone having their back scratched?
