Mower thefts warning

MOWER THEFTS WARNING

Local police have received reports in recent days of thefts of several grass mowers.

One was a ride on mower which was stolen having been left unattended in a field another mower has been stolen from a shed on cricket ground.

If you have a ride on mower or expensive motor mowers of any type please review your security and make a note of any relevant engine or frame numbers.

Consider security marking them as well. Police are recovering property all the time and such things help them to return property to their rightful owners instead of being obliged to return them to the criminal if we cant prove they are stolen.
