Theft from Motor Vehicle

UPHILL HAWKINGE, FOLKESTONE



Witness saw a male hovering around IP’s vehicle. The security light came on outside IP’s house and witness saw male quite clearly. IP has discovered that one nut has been taken off each wheel.

The Informant is works for the Forestry Commission. Informant states that about 25 trees have been cut down and burnt, and a picnic bench has also been damaged.

WEST HYTHE, HYTHE


The IP is the owner Stables. Clients who keep their horse at stables paid £280 around 20:30 hrs and the money was put in the top drawer of the tack room office shortly afterwards. The IP then went to feed some horses. He states the tack room door and top office drawer containing the £280 were both left unlocked. When he returned to collect the money and lock up around 22:15 hrs the money was missing from the drawer.
