'Muddled thinking' at Parish Council

'MUDDLED THINKING' AT PARISH COUNCIL

Dear Ed,

I have often read the minutes of the Parish Council meetings with dismay.  I know these people are all well meaning and are to be applauded for standing up, being counted and taking part in such activities as this.

However, recent meetings have shown that there is a certain amount of "muddled thinking", and quite frankly, the display would give little hope for future projects and progress.

Apologies for sounding to be so negative.
