HAWKINGE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

All Electors of Hawkinge are invited to take part in the Parish Meeting to be held o­n Wednesday, 25th May 2005 in the Village Hall at 7.30 p.m.   

Cllr. David Callahan, Chairman, Hawkinge Parish Council will be in the chair at the meeting.   There will be reports by County, District and Parish Councillors and representatives of Hawkinge Neighbourhood Partnership, School Governing Bodies, Hawkinge Football Club, the Community Centre, Village Hall, and others.

Reports from representatives of other organisations in the village who attend the meeting will be most welcome.

The Parish Meeting may by law discuss all parish affairs and pass resolutions about them.
