GIRL ATTACKED IN FOLKESTONE UNDERPASS

A young girl could be scarred for life after an unprovoked attack by two teenage girls, Kent police have said.

The 15 year old victim was walking through the underpass at Churchill Avenue in Folkestone on Sunday night (13 March),  when she was approached from behind and assaulted.

It was reported by police that the two attackers pulled her hair, knocked her to the ground and punched her several times.

She received hospital treatment for cuts, bruises and a serious injury to her lip, which could leave her permanently scarred.
