CRIMINAL DAMAGE SPREE AT THE WEEKEND

Neighbourhood Watch report that the village suffered considerable criminal damage over the weekend.

A car windscreen in Park Close and a parked Jaguar car was damaged in de Havilland Close together with a concrete flower pot and wooden picket fencing at the junction of de Havilland and Heron Forstal Avenue.

Meanwhile a wishing well garden ornament was damaged in Waddington Drive and in The Street a wheelie bin was stolen.

On Sunday afternoon a Vauxhall Vectra had the side window smashed while it was parked on the viewing point between Crete Road West and Danton Lane.
