Obtain Property by Deception

DENSOLE, FOLKESTONE

Male 1 above (young male) came to door offering fresh fish for sale. She said that she would like some; Male 1 said that his colleague would come and show her the fish. A few minutes later male 2 arrived and showed her various bits of frozen fish. She said no but she may share a purchase with her neighbour - the IP.

Male 1 called at neighbours door offering fish. IP told him that she was interested, but asked them to call back. Male 2 came back about 15 mins later; she agreed to buy about 18 packets of fish. Male 2 came back to her house with a tray of fish. She allowed him into her house with the fish, and he put it into the kitchen for her. He did not touch anything.

Male 2 demanded £300 for the 18 packets of mixed fish. IP thought this too much and told him no. Male 2 then demanded £200; to get male 2 out of her house she paid him £50 in cash, and £150 in cheque. Information from a local supermarket apparently each packet should have been around £5, therefore £90 in total.
