FINKLE'S MAP IS INACCURATE

Sorry Finkle, the new medical centre is not quite in the right place on your map. 

The entrance is opposite the farthest bungalow from the Street, in Mill Lane, and will swing round to the left, utilising not the small triangle you have shown but all the other area of wood behind your triangle. 

The building has been pushed into the southernmost corner of the wood, backing onto the footpath, so it appears to be much worse than even you thought. 

The precedent of building the Centre would make ripe an application for housing development on your triangle, which in fact will be a strip fronting the Street sufficient enough for several houses with gardens backing onto the proposed car park.
