KCC councillor says Webster Way bollards are not needed

KCC COUNCILLOR SAYS WEBSTER WAY BOLLARDS ARE NOT NEEDED

Dear Ed,

I'm surprised that traffic lights were put in place at Harvest Way for so few houses, or are the residents the privileged few.

Also, at a meeting this summer a KCC councillor stated there is now no need for the bollards to remain in Webster Way and they can be removed so why are they still in place?
