CUP RUN CASH ROLLS IN FOR INVICTA

Dryden 17, 81
Att: 646

Folkestone Invicta are £10,000 richer following their 2-0 win in the 4th Qualifying Round if the FA Cup over Aylesbury and through to the First Round proper to boot.

They are drawn against Chester City at Saunders Honda Stadium in two weeks time.

Folkestone are currently lying 15th in the Ryman League.

Folkestone Invicta Football Club was formed in 1936. The club played in the East Kent Amateur League (now the Kent County League). They took over the Cheriton Road ground in early 1991 after the demise of the old Folkestone club who had enjoyed a long history in the Southern League. Last season saw the club compete in the Dr Martens League Premier Division for the first time.
