UNHAPPY RENDEZVOUS FOR SOME

Its been one of those days when you try to make good news out of bad.

But with two Hawkinge sides playing away this week it was bound to be an uphill struggle.

The Sunday team with just 10 men, met up with Rendezvous at Hythe, but playing a team who have been finishing top of the league recently, the score line told the story.

The Hawkinge U15 played the Ashford Colts at the Ashford Swan Centre

The Hawkinge lads played their best football of the season, but they found it tough going in the second half. Until they find that extra bit of magic they will have to live with poor results.
