TSUNAMI VICTIM TO BE BURIED IN SHEPWAY

The mother of a man missing from a Thai resort since the tsunami devastated the area wants him buried in Lympne.

The body of 29 year old Jez Stephens, from Norwich, who had not been seen since Christmas Day, was found in a temple in Krabi, Thailand.

Linda Lilley, Jez Stephen's mother wants to bring his body home so he can be buried at St Richard's Church in Lympne, near Hythe, where he had spent his childhood.

Mr Stephens, moved to Norwich five years ago with his wife Emma. He had been on the last week of a three-week holiday on the island of Phi Phi when the earthquake struck.

Sympathy to family and friends of Jez - Estartit 95

Hello

Met Jez in 95 in Estartit ( Spain), lost touch with him and only when met up with people from Estartit 95 last weekend that I heard about his death almost 2 1/2 years later. Would like to express sympathy to his family and friends.
