MAN STABBED IN THE HEAD
Police are appealing for witnesses after a young man was stabbed in the head at a bus stop in Cheriton Road.
Police said that a 23 year old man was approached by a youth on Monday night (27 December). He was asked for a cigarette and the youth then became aggressive, stabbing him in the head and back.
Officers describe the attacker as having light brown hair, blue or green eyes and wearing a blue hooded top and light tracksuit bottoms and trainers.
The victim suffered a slash to the forehead and a puncture wound.
