SHEPWAY DISTRICT COUNCIL CHRISTMAS OPENING

Shepway District Council offices will close at 1.30pm on Friday 24 December.

Offices at the Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, re-open at 8.30am on Wednesday 29 December and will be open between 8.30am and 5.00pm on 30 and 31 December.

New Romney One Stop Shop will be open on Wed 29 December only.

Lydd One Stop Shop will be open on Thursday 30 December only.

Hythe One Stop Shop will be open Friday 31 only.

All offices will be closed on 3 January. The council will continue its emergency service over Christmas and the New Year. Emergency calls ONLY can be made to 01303 221 888.

Hythe Pool will close at 3.00pm on 24 December and re-open at 7.00am on Monday 3 January.

Refuse collections: There will be no landfill waste collections or recycling collections of paper and card on Monday 27 December and Tuesday 28 December

All refuse and recycling collections for these days will be collected on Monday 1 January and Tuesday 2 January 2005 (double collections)

All other refuse and recycling collection days will remain the same. Please place your refuse out by 7.30 am because collection times may vary from normal.

The Kent County Council civic amenity sites will be closed on 25, 26 and 27 December and New Year’s Day.
