I am Looking for Derick Young Lived in Woodfield Close Cheriton, Folkestone in the 1960s Would love any info you have on this family.

Suddenly in mid April, The very popular footpath leading from Swann Way to Killing Wood was blocked to public access with a new fence and "Keep out No Public Access" signs put there by SDC.
This leaves an enclosed area extending half way to Killing Wood. I would recommend a visit to see what is going on.
If you do not like what you see I suggest telling the planning Dept. at SDC what you think.
The cost must have been quite high for what amounts to destroying a good amenity for many people.
